By booking, you agree to follow the house rules below and you understand you may be required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival if booking a stay over 28 days, which outlines all policies in full. Booking & Occupancy: -The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must be present at the property for the duration of the stay. -Maximum occupancy: 6 guests Respect for the Home & Neighborhood: -No parties or events -No smoking anywhere on the property Pool & Outdoor Area: -Children must be supervised at all times -No pets permitted in the pool -No glass in the pool areas -Pool heating is available with advance notice and weather permitting

Only ONE vehicle per keycard swipe is allowed. • No pets allowed. • No smoking or vaping inside or outside the property. • No parties or events.
