By booking, you agree to follow the house rules below and you understand you may be required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival if booking a stay over 28 days, which outlines all policies in full. Booking & Occupancy: -The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must be present at the property for the duration of the stay. -Maximum occupancy: 6 guests Respect for the Home & Neighborhood: -No parties or events -No smoking anywhere on the property Pool & Outdoor Area: -Guests must adhere to all Sea Trail HOA pool rules, which are posted at each pool. HOA Rules: - The community HOA does not allow any type of trailers to be parked on-site

• Pool Hours: Dawn to Dusk, Open seasonally, April 1 – October 31 • A white owner/guest key card is required to enter all community amenities. • Sea Trail provides private beach parking for owners and guests. Only ONE vehicle per keycard swipe is allowed. • No pets allowed. • No smoking or vaping inside or outside the property. • No parties or events.
