House Rules
Community & HOA Rules: -This property is located within the Sea Trail Resort community. All guests are required to follow the community’s rules and regulations during their stay. Failure to comply with HOA rules may result in fines or removal from the property, which will be the responsibility of the guest. -No trailers, boats, or RVs Beach Parking Lot for Sea Trail Owners & Their Guests: Only one car or golf cart can gain access to the Sea Trail beach parking lot on ONE access card swipe. No multiple swipes are permitted to gain entry. The parking access is monitored. Misuse of the beach parking lot will lead to a suspension of full amenity access for a period of thirty (30) days. OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF THEIR GUESTS AND THESE SAME RULES APPLY. Occupancy & Guests: -Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. -No parties or events are allowed. Amenity Access: -You will be provided with an amenity keycard for access to Sea Trail facilities. If the keycard is lost, damaged, or not returned, a $125 replacement fee will be charged. General: -No smoking or vaping at the pools, common areas, or our townhome -No fireworks -No firearms -No illegal activity

Access card required. -Exercise/Fitness Facility & Spa – 4 am to 9 pm. Access card required. -Tennis Courts – 6:30 am to 10 pm. Access card required. -Jody Hughes Library – 6:00 am – 9:00 pm, 7 days/week. Access card required.

We are either walking distance or a short golf cart or car drive to all of the Sea Trail Resort amenities! We are about a 3 minute drive to the beach, just over the bridge.
