Booking & Occupancy: -The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must be present at the property for the duration of the stay. -Maximum occupancy: 6 guests • No smoking anywhere on the property, including inside the home, balcony, and pool/common areas • No parties or events allowed • No pets allowed • Parking is limited to one assigned space only • Please only park in the designated spot to avoid towing • Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the front brick area • No motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, or oversized vehicles allowed on the premises • Please follow all posted pool rules and guidelines • Children must be supervised at all times in pool areas • Please respect the home and neighbors at all times
