House Rules

Property Rules: 1. The entire property is non-smoking, including common areas, individual units, and balconies. Guest agrees that smoking in the property will result in a $500 fine in addition to any additional cleaning or remediation costs incurred by The Host. 2. Pets are not permitted within the condo, on the balcony, and/or anywhere on resort property. 3. You as the guest agree not to place any linens outside of the unit because they will not be retrieved. 4. You as the guest agree that you must be 25 years of age and older to book unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 5. You as the guest agree you will be responsible for any damage done to the condo over and above normal wear and tear, including any cost to replace lost or stolen property. 6. You as the guest agree to adhere to the maximum number of guests allowed as stated in the booking platform, unless approved in writing by the owner in advance of the stay. 7. You as the guest agree to comply with any and all resort rules, amenity rules, and water regulations and are required to pay any fees incurred as a violation of resort rules. 8. Your as the guest agree that The Host assumes no risk or liability for guests use of any resort amenities or facilities. 9. You as the guest agree to check in with the front desk to obtain parking passes and instructions. You agree that any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees and is your sole responsibility. 10. You as the guest agree to follow the check in and check out dates on the booking platform where the reservation was created. 11. You as the guest agree not to sublet the property. 12. You as the guest agree to respect the rights of the surrounding property owners and other guests. Please be respectful and careful not to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Quiet hours start at 11 PM and noise should be kept to a minimum. 13. You as the guest agree not to use Fireworks and other hazardous materials in or around the property. 14. You as the guest agree not to access the owner’s closet or owner’s chest, even if unlocked, which may contain cleaning supplies and chemicals that could be hazardous to children and adults. 15. You as the guest agree to use the property for legal purposes only according to local, state, and/or federal law. 16. Air conditioning/heat shall not be set above 72 and agree not to attempt to adjust the thermostat beyond the pre-programmed limits without written approval from the owner. Guest agrees to leave balcony doors and entryway door closed at all times except when entering and exiting the balcony and/or unit. Guests understand that leaving balcony and unit doors open does damage to air conditioning units and property damage due to the salt air and humidity entering the condo. 17. Please do not hang or drape clothing, linens, towels, decorative flags, etc from railings on the balcony or over outside furniture. Please do not use balconies as storage areas and keep them clean and tidy at all times. 18. You as the guest agree to show proper and valid Identification and credit card used along with signature to verify identity and for fraud prevention. Guest understands we may ask for this via email or text message. 19. You as the guest agree that your stay, at the option of the host, may be terminated immediately if any of the rules outlined above are violated. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. These are not a sign of uncleanliness—just part of coastal life. Andrew was very responsive and friendly…had great communication. The place was perfect for us, it was clean cozy and had the amenities we needed. Also very close to restaurants beach and other places. We would definitely stay here again when we return.

I had an amazing stay here! The place was very clean, spacious, and honestly so cute inside—it felt really comfortable the whole time. The host was amazing, super responsive and kind, checking in daily to make sure we had everything we needed and that our trip was going well. The location was perfect too—close to stores, restaurants, and most importantly the beach, which made everything really convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and easy stay!

Andrew's place was perfect. Checkin and out were super easy. It was well stocked in the kitchen. We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was close to both fileds.
