By booking, you agree to follow the house rules below and you understand you may be required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival if booking a stay over 28 days, which outlines all policies in full. Booking & Occupancy: -The primary renter must be 21 years or older and must be present at the property for the duration of the stay. -Maximum occupancy: 6 guests Respect for the Home & Neighborhood: -No parties or events -No smoking anywhere on the property - No pets allowed. Pool & Outdoor Area: -Children must be supervised at all times Vehicles: - No Boats, Campers or Trailers are allowed on the premises. - All vehicles must have an owner or guest tag in the front windshield of all vehicles. Guest tags are monitored from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. If vehicles are not properly tagged, they will be subject to being towed. - Golf carts are allowed but need to be parked in front of your vehicle or by the bike rack and will need a valid parking pass. Parking on the grass is not allowed.
