By booking, you agree to follow the house rules below and you understand you will be required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival, which outlines all policies in full. Booking & Occupancy: • Primary renter must be 25 years or older • Primary renter must be present at check-in and remain on the property for the duration of the stay • Maximum occupancy: 10 guests Respect for the Home • No parties or events allowed • No smoking anywhere on the property (violation will result in a $500 smoking fine) • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • No trailers permitted Respect for the Neighborhood This property is located in a residential community within North Myrtle Beach and is subject to the city’s nuisance party ordinance. Parties, events, excessive noise, overcrowding, illegal activity, or parking that blocks traffic or emergency access are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction, fines, and involvement from local law enforcement. Violation of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and removal from the property. Security Deposit Guests are required to pay a refundable security deposit of $500.00.
