Hi there! We are so excited to have you stay with us! We kindly ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you would want from guests in your own home. 1.) We have a parking pad located to the left of the house for you. Do not park in front of the mailboxes or you will be fined / towed. Please be advised that guests are NOT permitted to park in or access the garage. 2.) NO UHAULS, TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES OR RVS ALLOWED. 3.) The owner's storage closet and garage are off limits. 4.) Please respect our property: Do not wear muddy, sandy or wet shoes in the house. Please do not sit on the furniture or the beds if your clothing is soiled. There are cleaning products in the tall cabinet next to the refrigerator. Additionally, if the bedding is soiled beyond normal use, please wash and dry it before checking out. (Guests are responsible for the cost to replace linens that are stained or damaged beyond repair.) 5.) There is no smoking inside the rental. Do not smoke outside if the windows or doors are open. 6.) There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES allowed at the house and No guests who are not on the registered guest list for the stay. 7.) City ordinance is 10pm. Please be thoughtful of the neighbors with your noise level. 8.) You are welcome to use the washer/dryer at the house. Please be thoughtful of what you put in the washing machine. If something has sand in it, rinse the item outside before placing it in the washing machine. Same things goes for any items that are damaged and need to be rinsed before washing. Please empty the lint screen after each drying session. Build up of excessive lint or failure to replace the screen can result in a house fire. 9.) Please be thoughtful of where people eat in the house. Please do not let children eat outside of the dining area. If you have a spill and are not able to clean it up properly you will need to let us know so we can make arrangements for a professional cleaner. Failure to do so may result in damage claims or deductions from your security deposit. 10.) NO PETS are allowed in the home. If you would like to ask for special permission for a registered service animal, please do so prior to booking. 11.) All trash must be properly disposed of in the trash can. Trash cans must be set out on Tuesday evenings for early Wednesday AM pickups. 12.) Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. 13.) Before checking out, please load and start the dishwasher, throw out all the garbage, place all used rags and towels in the bathroom tubs/showers. 14.) Please DO NOT strip the bed sheets before you leave. 15.) Report any damages and/or breakages after they occur. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
