By booking, you agree to follow the house rules below and you understand you may be required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival if booking a stay over 28 days, which outlines all policies in full. Booking & Occupancy • The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must be present at the property for the duration of the stay. • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. • Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been given. Respect for the Home & Neighborhood • No parties, events, or large gatherings. • No smoking or vaping anywhere inside or outside the condo. • Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in consideration of neighbors and the surrounding community. Please treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care. Pets • Pets are not permitted at this property. Community & Resort Amenities • One complimentary Sea Trail Plantation amenities key card is provided during your stay. • A $150 replacement fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned amenity key card. • Community amenities are available seasonally and are subject to operating hours and occasional maintenance closures. • Beach parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. • Community parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. Trailers are not permitted within the community.

• Sunset Beach is less than a 5 minute drive from the condo. Please use normal beach and water safety during your visit. • For your security, Ring doorbell cameras are installed at the front and back exterior entrances. These cameras monitor the exterior only and do not record any interior spaces. • A smoke detector is installed in the condo. A carbon monoxide detector is not required, as the property is equipped with all-electric appliances. • As this is a first-floor condo, you may occasionally hear normal footsteps from the upstairs unit. While excessive noise is uncommon, some light sound transfer from the upstairs unit is possible. • Please use caution around the golf course pond, where an alligator has occasionally been seen. As with any natural habitat, do not approach or feed wildlife, and supervise children near the water.
