Pristine accommodations in an unbeatable location. We’re local to the area and booked this stay for family visiting from out of town, and it was absolutely perfect. Oceanfront with easy walking access to the restaurants, shops, and activities in OIB. Highly recommend!

The condo located on the beach is spotless and beautifully decorated. Loved we could walk into town. Impressed with the attention to detail. The host stocked the kitchen with essentials and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Tom and Kate were wonderful and very responsive. The place was exactly as shown on the pictures with the beautiful view of the horizon from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

Beautiful and clean condo! Great location, being able to spend the morning on the deck drinking coffee and hearing the waves, as well as a short walk to the beach and restaurants/bars, is what made this stay! We will be coming back here next time we go to ocean isle!

Wonderful place to stay. It’s a comfortable condo for a stay and makes the visit very enjoyable and homey. The decor is done with quality items and it doesn’t feel at all like a bare bones beach rental. We appreciated the nice linens and items supplied, as well. The location is great with coffee shops, restaurants, miniature golf, ice cream, etc all in a walkable few block area. Check in, communication and parking was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Tom and Kate’s place was both welcoming and beautiful. My mom and I came here for a girls trip getaway, and we loved every single minute of it! The condo was clean, close to local restaurants and had a gorgeous view. All of our hosts were very responsive and checked in to make sure we were well take care of throughout our entire trip. We cannot recommend this place and these hosts enough!

We had an amazing weekend at Tom & Kate’s place. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this was by far the cleanest one we’ve experienced. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the furniture. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. The balcony was a highlight—it truly felt like sitting right on the beach, peaceful and serene. We would absolutely stay here again!
