Third Bedroom: Perfect for kids or extra guests, this room includes a twin bunk bed that promises a fun and comfortable stay. Upstairs Living Area: The spacious open-plan living area features cozy seating, floor to ceiling windows that lead out to a large patio with serene sound views, a flat-screen TV, family games and books, and a dedicated work space. It's the perfect spot for family gatherings or relaxing after a day at the beach. Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware you need to whip up delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for six, ideal for enjoying meals together. There is also a curated coffee & bar cart featuring a keurig coffee station, coffee cups, wine glasses and plenty of space for your wine or spirits!
