By booking, you agree to follow the house rules below and you understand you may be required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival if booking a stay over 28 days, which outlines all policies in full. Booking & Occupancy: -The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must be present at the property for the duration of the stay. -Maximum occupancy: 8 guests -No pets allowed -Smoking is NOT permitted inside the property - Guests are responsible for any damage to the property and/or any messes that require additional cleaning time.
