• 1 vehicle can park in the community lot (parking pass provided inside the unit) • Parking Pass must be displayed inside the vehicle at all times while parked • RV, motorcycle, and golf cart parking not allowed • On the rare occasion the parking lot gets full, there is an Elliot Rentals overflow parking lot you can use on Sea Mountain Hwy (401 Sea Mountain Hwy)—it’s about 1,000 ft past there. • No smoking or vaping of any kind on the property 🚭 • No pets allowed 🐾❌ • No parties or events 🎉❌ Whether you’re here to unwind, explore, or work remotely with a view, The Beach is Back is your perfect home by the sea. 🌊

Absolutely fantastic location right on the beach with an unobstructed view from the balcony. Extremely responsive hosts who even sent a list of local restaurants. Condo is very clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect for a dip. The bed in the second bedroom is not very comfortable. It is a pull down Murphy type bed and there is a bar or something that goes across the bed that you can feel when you lie down. A regular bed in there would be much better.

We had a wonderful day at the beachfront condo. Though located in an older building, the room was immaculately kept, and was very clean. The balcony overlooking the beach was breathtaking. The area is quiet with the only noise coming from the pool located right beside the room, which we didn’t mind! The condo was spacious, though we only traveled as a couple, we would definitely have room for our two children to join us as well. We had a small issue with the lock on the door when we first arrived, but the host was very quick and responsive and got someone out there to fix it quickly! The room is only steps from the beach, and if you leave the balcony sliding glass door open, you can hear the waves from inside. Parking was easy and always plenty of spaces open for us to park in restaurants that we were interested in going to we’re all within 15 minutes of this condo. The inside of the building and the pool were very clean and well kept. We appreciated the beach chairs to use too!

The place was very convenient and the condo was roomy and clean. We had a great trip. The lighting in the master bathroom needs to be a little brighter but not a problem to cause me not to come back.
