Pendleton Palms was perfect for our group of 10. House was clean and kept up to date with ample kitchen and paper supplies including paper towels and toilet tissue so not a need to have to run out on day one immediately. Location was beautiful on the canal with two large decks. Spent most of our time on the upper deck which accommodated us all eating outside and being shaded from the sun most of the day. Beach access was close within a 10 min. walk so couldn't have a better set up. Very helpful that all bed linens, bath towel sets, and even beach towels for up to 10-12 people are supplied as wells as a handful of nice beach chairs. Amenities included a ping pong table and large size gas grill for cookouts. Joshua, Natalie, and Kari communicated very responsively before and during the week ... thank you! Place was wonderful and we'll definitely reach out again to book again on our next visit to OIB.

We absolutely loved our stay! Talk about luxury! This place was EVERYTHING we never knew we needed. Anyone that has issues with steps the ease of having an elevator just made life even more perfect. Host and cohosts are great! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking here! Hoping to come back! You will not regret staying here. Vacation is supposed to be better than every day life. This EXCEEDS those expectations! Thanks for making this available.
