Hi there! We are so excited to have you stay with us! We kindly ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you would want from guests in your own home. NOTE- Requests to rent our home from persons without positive reviews or no reviews at all may not be accepted. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A RENTAL AGREEMENT ON THE FIRST DAY OF YOUR STAY. IF YOU DO NOT ADHERE TO THE HOUSE RULES OR SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT BY THE FIRST DAY, WE WILL DEDUCT $500 FROM YOUR DEPOSIT. ADDITIONAL FEES WILL APPLY IF YOU DAMAGE ANYTHING IN THE HOME BEYOND THIS AMOUNT. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO ELECTRONICALLY SIGN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF OUR HOUSE RULES UPON ARRIVAL AT OUR HOME AT THE LATEST. FAILURE TO SIGN THIS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT. 1.) We have a parking pad located to the left of the house for you. You may park in the garage if your vehicle fits. The HOA regulations say you may not park in front of another person's home. Do not park in front of the mailboxes or you will be fined / towed. NO UHAULS, TRAILERS OR RVS ALLOWED. 2.) The only room that is off limits is the owner's storage closet. 3.)Please respect our property: Do not wear muddy, sandy or wet shoes in the house. Please do not sit on the furniture or the beds if you clothing is soiled. There are cleaning products under the sink to clean up any spills, messes or stains. Additionally, please clean up food, make sure the bathrooms are kept in order and if the bedding is soiled beyond normal use, please wash in the washer dryer before checking out. 4.) There is no smoking inside the rental. There is no smoking outside if the windows or doors are open. 5.) There are no parties allowed at the house outside of the registered guest list. 6.) City ordinance is 10pm. Please be thoughtful of the neighbors with your noise level. 7.) You are welcome to use the washer/dryer at the house. Please be thoughtful of what you put in the washing machine. If something has sand in it, rinse the item outside before placing it in the washing machine. Same things goes for any items that are damaged and need to be rinsed before washing. Please empty the lint screen after each drying session. Build up of excessive lint or failure to replace the screen can result in a house fire. 8.) Please be thoughtful of where people eat in the house. Please do not let children eat outside of the dining area. If you have a spill and are not able to clean it up properly you will need to let us know so we can make arrangements for a professional cleaner. Failure to do so may result in deductions from your security deposit. 9.) NO PETS are allowed in the home. If you would like to ask for special permission for a service animal proper paper work will need to be submitted before your arrival. 10.) All trash must be properly disposed of in the trash can. Trash cans must be set out on Tuesday evenings for early Wednesday AM pickups. 11.) Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. 12.) Before checking out, wash all the dishes, throw out all the garbage, place all soiled wash rags and towels in the bathroom tubs/showers. 13.) Please do not strip the bed sheets before you leave. 14.) Report any damages and/or breakages after they occur. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

We take cleaning our home seriously. Please note that our home undergoes professional cleaning and sanitation, utilizing a disinfectant that is properly rated for COVID-19, as outlined by the World Health Organization.

Guest Access
You'll have full access to the entire home. Parking pads are first come first serve but we installed a 29' pad right next to the house for your use. See the "getting around" section for more on parking. . No parking in front of the mailboxes or you will be fined and towed. NO TRAILERS, BOX TRUCKS OR RVS ALLOWED. You must be on property as a guest and not renting out our home to others.
Find us
Our home is located in the super-convenient and centrally located Cloisters at Myrtlewood in Myrtle Beach. Right next to Myrtlewood Golf Club and just a short drive from the beach, Boardwalk at the Beach and many other attractions. Parking at the Cloisters can be a bit tight especially in the high season (April - August). We have a single car garage and a 29' parking pad next to the house for your use. There is also street parking in front of the house as long as you have two wheels off the street (just slightly on the flat curb).
